I was kind of torn in reviewing this website because there is a lot of content on the site. It has been on line since 2000, and Mercy seems like she was pretty active and had a lot of fans for a while. But in recent years the updates have gotten quite scarce and Mercy seems to have gotten pretty whiny and bitter which irritated me enough to post about it here.

I just will never understand why guys who call themselves “fans” of mine who try to set up appts to meet me for a private shoot then never follow through.

Wow, Mercy. You are kind of a bitch. You know, these guys are not professional photographers. They are guys who are lonely and shy and fantasize about you. When they realize they are going to be face to face with you, they are probably intimidated.  There is a whole number of reasons why they might get cold feet and back out. You are used to meeting strange dudes and getting naked. They are probably not all used to such a situation.

Some of your fans probably really do want to help out. And many are probably in the same situation as you. Maybe they can not actually spare the money they would like to donate But to expect people to give you extra money to support your jobless self for the privilege of being your fan is a bit much.

The economy has affected us all…and I am one of those most affected by it. Last year I was retiring, now I literally can’t afford to. Yeah, a lot of people are in hard times. Yeah, a lot of people can not afford to buy your family antique heirlooms. And for some reason you think that after “retiring” and not really updating your site you can just come back and ask people for money? Why don’t you just go panhandle on a street corner?

Maybe I am being a bit harsh. But running an adult site is a business. If your business fails and you have to resort to begging your members and fans for money, then it is time to close down and move on. Shoot, at least offer something special in exchange for a donation. Give people a reason to help you out. Begging for money over and over and complaining that not enough people are giving you money or coming though is just pathetic and unattractive.
